The practice was founded in 1974 as a mixed practice in Weston under Wetherley, Leamington Spa by Mr Sandy Bell.
A small animal branch surgery was opened in Cubbington, Leamington Spa in 1981. The Coventry Surgery was opened in September 1989. Following the death of Sandy Bell in May 2012 and the closing of the Weston under Wetherley equine and farm animal branch, the Coventry and Cubbington small animal businesses are now owned and managed by Ross Butler. The main office is now situated at the Coventry Surgery.
